What to Bring to Your Appointment
- All previous ultrasound and scan reports from this pregnancy
- Blood test reports — including any first trimester screening or NIPT results
- Referral letter from your gynaecologist or obstetrician (if referred)
- Any previous pregnancy records if this is a high-risk or complicated pregnancy
- Your antenatal card or mother and child tracking card
- A valid photo ID (Aadhaar card, passport, or driving licence)
- For invasive procedures (amniocentesis, CVS): PCPNDT registration documentation will be provided at the clinic
- Wear comfortable, loose clothing — particularly for abdominal scans
- For NT scan and abdominal scans: arrive with a comfortably full bladder
